About Deborah LittleDeBorah A. Little, President of Touchdown Presentations, LLC, is a professional Speaker, Trainer, Facilitator, and Coach. Her business is designed to help individuals ‘Score in Life’ by teaching professional, educational and personal development skills.


Originally from Syracuse, NY, DeBorah co-owned and operated a successful Real Estate Sales, Appraisal, Management and Investment firm for 12 years, employing more than 30 independent contractors and staff members.  During this time, she also traveled the country as an independent Speaker and Trainer helping businesses overcome their growing pains.  DeBorah has served on numerous corporate and community Boards, including the Board of Directors for the Syracuse Chamber of Commerce, where she Chaired the Pan African Business Association.  In her role as Vice Chairperson for the Syracuse and Onondaga County Workforce Investment Act, DeBorah was a decision maker on the allocation of organizations $15 Million budget. She was the first African American woman publicly elected to the Syracuse City Council, Development Consultant to the Central New York Community Foundation, Marketing Manager for a franchise of 7 Denny’s Restaurants and Adjunct Professor in the Honors Program at Syracuse University.


In 2001 a corporate management offer took DeBorah west where she landed in San Francisco with United Airlines. She administratively, and internationally, supervised a staff of 247 Flight Attendants before relocating to Federal Way, Washington.  She has been actively involved in the NW Chapter of the National Speakers Association, served in numerous leadership roles, including President, of the Federal Way Toastmasters Club, was Area Governor with Toastmasters International, chartered the Washington Word Warriers Toastmasters Club where she earned her Distinguished Toastmaster Award, Chairperson of the FederalWay Diversity Commission, and founded the Multicultural Investors for Education. She has served on numerous other boards and committees addressing educational, economic, and personal development issues in her community. DeBorah is using her networking, marketing, speaking, teaching, coaching, and social skills to develop leaders in their personal and professional growth.


DeBorah has traveled to six of the planet’s seven continents. She is a licensed Private Pilot and loves skiing, scuba diving, golf, bowling, reading, cooking and teaching people how to ‘Score in Life’.
